Baked Tortellini - Smoked ham, bacon, pepperoni, red onion and garlic tossed with a marsala wine sauce and cheese tortellini, then topped with mozzarella cheese and baked to perfection

Tre Fromaggio Ravioli - Tender ravioli stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.  Topped with tomato alfredo or marinara sauce (creamy pesto sauce may be added)

Grilled Portabella Pasta - Marinated portabella mushrooms and sweet grilled onions sautéed with olive oil, garlic and roma tomatoes served over capellini

Veal & Beef

Veal Parmigiana - tender veal, lightly breaded and topped with provolone and parmesan cheese and served with linguini marinara

Veal Picatta - Tender pan seared veal topped with a perfect picatta sauce and served with an Italian wilted spinach salad

Veal MarsalaLightly sautéed medallions of veal simmered in a beautiful marsala wine and butter sauce with sliced white mushrooms and served with rotini alfredo

Grilled veal chop – A beautiful, center cut 12 ounce USDA choice veal chop, marinated and grilled to your taste.

Green pepper steak – A succulent hand cut USDA choice 12 ounce strip steak grilled to your taste, then covered with a green pepper corn béchamel. This dish is on almost every menu in Italy. 

We serve it with a side of linguini ala marinara.

Pollo alla Riglia - Grilled chicken and marinara sauce served over rotini pasta and topped off with melted mozzarella cheese

  Fettucini Alfredo au Pollo - Grilled Italian marinated chicken served over our traditional alfredo sauce tossed with fettucini

  Chicken Parmigiana - Lightly breaded chicken breast topped with provolone cheese and marinara sauce served with a side of linguini marinara

  Chicken Cannelloni - Tender baked chicken, ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella cheese wrapped in tender sheets of pasta and baked with tomato-cream sauce and served with an Italian wilted spinach salad

  Chicken & Portabella Rissoto - Grilled chicken and marinated portabella mushrooms served over arborio rice that was simmered with chicken stock, onion, saffron and parmesean cheese

Oven Roasted Chicken - You’ll need a doggie bag for this one.  Whole half chicken marinated 24 hours and seasoned with garlic and rosemary.  Brick oven roasted to seal in the juices then finished with balsamic vinegar & white wine.  Served with stir fried vegetables

  Chicken D’Angelo – Sautéed boneless, skinless chicken breast simmered in white wine and chicken stock with artichoke hearts, white mushrooms, yellow onions and Italian seasonings served over angel hair

Scampi alla Griglia - Marinated grilled shrimp, zucchinni, summer squash, red onion, tomatoes and lemon-pepper beurre blanc sauce served over fettucini

  Seafood Pomodoro - Shrimp, scallops and mussels served over fettucini pasta topped with tangy pomodoro sauce and asiago cheese

Shrimp Picatta - Breaded deep fried shrimp served over angel hair pasta topped with sauteed  mushrooms and onions then covered with picatta sauce

  Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna - Fresh grilled tuna served over steamed asparagus on a bed of roasted red pepper vinaigrette.  Served medium rare

  Ozark Mountain Rainbow Trout - Pan seared whole filet, baked and then finished with white grapes, sliced mushrooms and white wine.  Served with linguini with pesto cream sauce

Fresh Rosemary Salmon - Norwegian king salmon marinated with rosemary, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice then baked or grilled to perfection and served with sautéed vegetables and capellini

Desserts

  Tiramisu - This dessert is truly an international effort.  Imported Belgium chocolate, mascarpone cheese from Italy,  crispy lady fingers from France and dairy fresh eggs from Albertson’s are combined with espresso and brandy to make this a light “pick me up” end to a perfect meal

  Whole tiramisu – about 20 servings (requires minimum 24 hour notice)

  Kahlua Torte - Imported Belgium chocolate laced with fresh cream and espresso in anOreo cookie crumb and butter crust surrounded by fluffy whipped cream with raspberry puree drizzled over the top

  Carnegie Deli’s Famous Cheesecake - All the way from New York, a huge wedge of pure heaven with a dab of vanilla cream and toasted almonds on top next to more vanilla cream marbled with raspberry puree.  Enough to share with a friend- a really good friend!

Tower Chocolate Cake – This is what happens when you ask an 9 year old what to have for dessert.  A HUGE slab of the richest, moistest chocolate cake you’ll ever eat.  It’s served in a to go box because there is no chance of finishing it here.  This is enough for 4 adults (or one 9 year old)

  Crème Brule - French style custard made with fresh cream and pure vanilla baked in its’ own dish served with caramelized brown sugar on top

  Sugar Free Crème  Brule – The same delicious recipe as above only made with Splenda no calorie sweetener instead of sugar
